Unsolved Mysteries (Netflix Reboot) Episode 1: "Mystery on the Rooftop"

After watching this episode, I really think a high-level police officer bought stocks based on Rivera's recommendation (through the Rebound Report newsletter). After the tip fell through and a lot of people lost their money, this hypothetical police officer used his position to "get rid" of Rivera. If the wife isn't exaggerating about their reaction to the case, such as how they labeled it a suicide and got upset with her when she questioned this, then I really believe this to be the case. The letter found taped behind his desk DEFINITELY needs to be decoded. And hopefully the internet will work its magic with that one.
