The outflow hasn't stopped in 2019, either.

After losing its CFO in January and top lawyer in February, Tesla’s director of growth and head of its customer referral program has departed the company, Business Insider confirmed on Friday, March 29.

Praveen Arichandran joined Tesla in 2016, according to his LinkedIn profile and news reports from the time, from Facebook, where he spent four years at the social network managing product growth.

His departure from Tesla comes after a strange few months for the company’s referral program. In February, Tesla ended the program, which had previously given car upgrades and free charging in exchange for recruiting new buyers, in order to save money. The company then resurrected a modified version of the program in March, with free supercharging and raffle tickets for a free Roadster.

Arichandran has not yet announced his next position.
