Weird Shrine In the Woods

So around December 28th 2018 i discovered some sort of shrine far off a hiking trail. I only ended up there because i was trying to find my way back to the parking lot but got lost. There was a tree that had fell on a power line near it. Please help me figure out what it is. It has pictures of multiple different women and a photo of some very unsettling lady. I have images. Been trying to figure out what this is for months and months now. i got 2 pictures and then ran because it was really unsettling. The Second is just a picture of one of the girls in the photos here is that one.
